Kleanprep- loose 3 days later!!

So I drank some Klean prep, and it didnt really work too well on the day, just a couple of loose stools. its now 3 days later... and im still getting infrequent very lose thick pasty mucousy stools.... is this normal? :stinks:

Hi Charlotte,

I think it is possible for the preps to unset the balance a little bit. I have heard that if you have a lot of diarrhoea it can clear out some of your beneficial gut flora. Kinda like when you are on antibiotics.

I would suggest you try some probiotics or talk to your doctor and say you are still not feeling right after the prep to double check!
