For a few years I've been taking Digestive Advantage for Lactose Intolerance. Now that my husband and I joined costco, I decided to try the Kirkland brand Fast Acting Lactase Enzyme. My trouble is finding out how much to take per day. It has 9,000 FCC Lactase Units per tablet. Apparently, this is the same stuff that the brand Lactaid makes.

Have any of you used this stuff and does/did it work for you? How often do you take it and how many do you take? Thanks for your help.

I can't say 100% because I was only temporarily lactose intolerant after I took a no-dairy break for a few months, but I used NOW foods dairy digest pills and they worked great while my system was getting back running.

I'm not sure how to actually dose them but I'd take 2-3 before and after consuming any dairy.
