Extreme Leg Pain

I was diagnosed with Crohn's 11/2011. My flare was bad but after taking the round of tapering prednisone and put on the Asacol Hd, I have felt so much better. My original pains are low depending on what I eat. I am still working on my food diary. About two weeks ago I started feeling pain in my hips. I searched the forum and found this to be normal. Well for the past 4 days the leg pain is getting worse, effecting my sleep, sit, stand you name it, my whole left leg hurts. I went to an accupunturist yesterday to see of I could get relief from the inflamation. Unfortunately, It was so painful I cried. It felt like my whole leg was going to snap off! We did find that I have a large swollen, painful lymph node deep in my groin area. I did not know it was there! My abdominal pain and other crohn's symptoms are under control. Can this be a symptom of something else or is this normal with Crohn's? The pain has been so bad. Please help?
