Lialda Side Effect?

I have been taking Lialda daily for a recent Crohn's Disease diagnosis for about 3 weeks now (also still taking 40 mg Prednisone for inflammation and Bentyl for pain/cramping). The last couple of days I have experienced a little more abdominal pain that usual and now this evening my urine is dark brown/red!

I see some things online about red urine being a side effect of Lialda. Have others experienced this? My doctor is not doing any monitoring of my kidneys at this time. Should she be? Is this worth calling right away?
