Lightweight exercises for toning?

My sister's always been a kind of a more heavy-set girl. But due to the recent flare-up my sister's gone through, she hasn't been able to eat at all and lost a huge amount of weight in a short amount of time. This has left her with a lot of extra skin around her stomach and arms that still makes her feel as uncomfortable.

It's hard for her to do extensive working out even on her pain meds, so I was wondering if anyone knew of just some simple, light routines she could do just to maybe tone up the extra skin at all? Like just arm curls with a 5lb weight every so often through the day or whatnot. If anyone could help i'd really appreciate it <3
 
You really can not tone up the skin but you can build the muscle which will give a better appearance. Start with simple stretches and then move up to other exercises. I use resistance bands to exercise. Walking is a wonderful way to reintroduce your body to exercise.
