Me and my new rheumatologist (shortened extensively):
Me: And I was coughing up blood for five weeks and arthritis and pain right here and and and...
R: Have your lungs been affected at all?
Me: Other than the coughing up blood and infiltate, no.
R: You were coughing up blood? Any idea why?
R: So you don't have any abdominal pain?
Me: Yes, I have abdominal pain right here and I showed you earlier.
This stuff went on and on and on.

And to top it off, when I told him I was trying a vegan diet, he asked me what a vegan was. A rheumatologist didn't know what a vegan diet was!
My fiance was with me and she's in the medical field. Her response as we got outside, "I have never met a doctor who listened THAT poorly."
