Hi I am new to the forum.@look forward to knowing you all some. More. My quick verson of my history for crohn,s. Started when I was 15 now I,m 39. Back when I was younger you nobody knew much about crhon's so I was missed diogniost. In canada until 1999 when I ended up havingemergency surgery inNJ and where they took out 5 feet of my small int aestins and where I aslmost died. 2006 had a 2nd surgery to bypass some of my infected intestins. Now in 2009 come to find out crohn,s had skipped from small to intestin to my large colon also having crohn's .colitis and a stricter. Crohn's has not been present in my small interstins but I have on big party going down there in my large one. . Very short version. Tried everydiet outhere. Medication, church and nothiings so far. I HAVE NEVER BEEN in remission. I found this site because I was doind some basic research on the cannabis as a temp pain releif better then wha statet I've been using. It just become legal in my state but it will take up to 3-5years before they get the ball rolling. I've never tried it and I'm scared but I cannot take the pain and pain magmt want tp give soemthing stronger and addicting so I was considering maybe trying it through ingestion to if it would help me with pain. I refuse to let docts take my large colon out then I'll be left with more problems. Thanks you for your time and reading, looking forward to learning some more.

Hi there and welcome to the forum! I'm glad you've joined :)

What sort of pain are you having right now?

Are you on any medications?

With 5 feet of bowel removed, have you had your vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels monitored?

We do have a forum dedicated to medical marijuana in case you missed that.

Again, welcome :)
