Lots of pain...

Hello everyone-
I've been having very bad pain for about the last month...I started Cimzia about 2 months ago...I had relief for about a week then back to everything bad. Tonight my stomach is rock hard on the right side and I'm having trouble having BM. I''m taking Tramadol for pain everyday multiple times a day because the pain is that unbearable...Also, some nausea and vomiting. Any suggestion on what I can do to feel better?:sign0085:

You could be constipated. Try taking some miralax so you can start having bowel movements. Also, if you are having bad pain while taking your pain meds maybe it's time you switch medications. I would also talk to you GI doc and maybe get some blood work done. Hope you start feeling better.

Yes, it could be constipation. One of the documented side effects of both Cimzia and Tramadol is constipation.
