Lower right Pelvic pain

Hi all. I'm currently diagnosed as having ibs and chronic constipation. Recently my constipation has been worse than normal. I've started experiencing bad pain in my lower right pelvis. I don't think it's appendicitis because it's too low. I've had this pain before typically when I'm constipated or two weeks before my period but it's never been so bad. The pain is for sure bearable, it comes and goes but it's making me slightly nervous.
Any ideas what it could be?

Not sure but it could be in the terminal ileum. Ask your doctor about it.
