Martius flap for recto vaginal fistula repair?

I am having surgery - supposed to have it July 3rd - waiting on confirmation of that. The procedure is called a martius flap. Labial tissue will be used as a "patch" for the recto vaginal fistula I have. Currently I have a temp. ileostomy. No pouch or vaginal inflammation any more due to being diverted. Tissue is healthy.

Can anyone tell me if they've been through this procedure? If so, how was it? How long did it take to heal? Any complications? Does that tissue being gone affect sitting comfort? Any problems with UTIs after this procedure?

I have so many questions but I am very glad to be having this done. I'm nervous about it. I am hoping it is the final procedure before my "reconnect" (few months after this I would guess).

I welcome any input and thank you in advance for responding to me. Thanks for any help.

Sorry, I've heard a bit about the flap procedure but not Martius. I wish you all the very best with it.
