Hi, I see that usually doctors start out patients on sulfasalazine or asacol (that class of meds) when they have mild to moderate disease. It doesn't seem like they have a drug in this class that works with Crohns in the stomach and duodenum.
Does anyone know about meds that are not immunomodulators that work in the stomach and duodenum?
Is there anyone with Crohns in those areas where Asacol etc. worked?
Thanks.
