Very interesting but my first thought was don't we have enough problems with our gut being punctured and penetrated? I realize this is a tiny prick but couldn't this potentiality make way for an abscess and allergies via leaky gut? I wouldn't volunteer to be the guniea pig for this one.

Nice is theory. Don't know how it wouldn't potentially lead to more problems for Crohns but I'm hopeful there are answers to that question as they research it more. SO not volunteering for this one.
