Mini flare & feeling stressed

Hello guys

Just need to vent.

I have just had the best 7 weeks (in terms of my BM's) since my surgery last July and I am waiting to start 6MP once my liver has righted itself (it reacted to Imuran/Aza).

I got a really bad cold a couple of weeks ago and this last week has been horrible - bad BM's, joint pain, bowel pain and getting really stressed thinking it has all flared up again.

Just also had a massive argument with my other half over nothing!

I am going to call my doctor tomorrow to see if I can start the 6MP now.

Sorry guys about this post - just feeling very sorry for myself and not sure what to do. :frown:

I hope it's not a flare. For what it's worth, my guts always get a bit angry when I catch a cold. I'm not sure why that is, but if I get any type of cold or virus, I can guarantee that my guts will act up too. I can deal with cold symptoms and I can deal with tummy troubles, but it really sucks when they both happen together, so I feel for you. Hope you feel better soon, and good luck with the 6MP!

I hope things start getting better for you soon. I'm on Imuran and sometimes I feak out about it messing up my liver. I hope yours gets where it should be soon.

colds always put my daughter into a flare too.

Do you use probiotics? they can help sometimes
