Moderate rectosigmoid thickening

I had CT scan done and it showed moderate nodular rectosigmoid thickening. Along with proctitis mass lesion. I am currently on Methotrexate and Stelara. Have symptoms of rectal bleeding and mucous. Abdominal pain and nausea vomiting. Has anyone had this issue and what is the treatment for it.
