I'm not sure how it can possibly work. It says it is 'rich in minerals' but only contains 10mg potassium per serve, and even a small banana has 400mg!
It contains lactose which troubles a lot of people. It claims to restore the natural pH of the stomach, but that is ludicrous. The stomach pH varies from 1 (highly acidic) to 5 (approaching neutral) depending upon foods consumed. A teaspoon of that product would do nothing to the pH of the stomach. They make other wild unsubstantiated claims.
I could go on (and on) but if you think if it works for you then that's the most important thing.
Good luck.
