I found food based work best for me. I do not digest most that well. I can not handle more than 1/day, so I found one that I only have to take one pill daily. Read labels then try small bottle and find one that works for you. I suggest small bottle, because if after a month you do not feel a difference, try another brand. good luck!
Great link and a very interesting read, but how do they work out and calculate their effectiveness? Everyone's different so what may work on you, may not be as effective with me so how do they come to a score?!
