CSID safe multivitamin

Hello. I'm new here and new to CSID. Still in my first month elimination diet phase, waiting for sucraid approval. Can anyone recommend a CSID safe multivitamin. I'm just not getting enough nutrients. I usually take a whole food, organic vitamin but am nervous to take that since they are made from food. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
