Multivitamins- What do you take?

I'm going to look into taking multivitamins and was looking for some advice.
Without getting tested for all kinds of deficiencies, are there any multivitamins that are known to be taken by crohn's patients to help?
I also read online that people with crohns should look for multivitamins made from powder or liquid form as our bodies have a much easier time digesting them over pill/capsule form..is that true?
