My butt

My butt is practically healed. Halle-blimmin-lujah!

It's taken 12 months and endless wound packing, tablets, creams, dressings and finally three doses of Remicade, but it's almost there!

I had another little inspection this morning and it's filled in and seems to be shrinking in now from the sides too - it's shrunk in all directions.

I can't wait to take a new photo and compare it to the photo of the totally gruesome wound that was taken before I started Remi.

Thank you to all the little mice that helped make my Remicade, you've completely changed my life

KWalker why did they operate on your bum? An abscess? If they got my mistery derrier disease to heal I'm SURE you will heal soon.

I feel so much more confident thanks for asking - my main fear was not being able to hide it from anyone and having it be so deep it had quite a lot of exudite but now I can leave it all night with no guaze and it stays dry and clean, it's made me feel much better about myself.
