I am constantly missing doses of medicine but my stool is completely solid like pre-crohns diagnosis days. This is my first semester away at college and I am constantly stressed and depressed about grades but my crohns is just doing very good.

Is there a reason being in a college dorm is helping my crohns? I only told disaster stories of people away at college and their crohns and thats what I was expecting but this is a pleasant surprise.

If you are eating in your cafeteria your diet might be a lot better then it was at home.

I dunno. Dorm life isn't normally a good thing for Crohn's especially the cafeteria food. It can give normal people the runs

Enjoy it!

Well, it sort of depends on what kind of life you had before college. I lived with a single male parent in my high school days and we ate junk. Cafeteria food was way better nutritionally then was I was getting at home.

Or chalk it up to the nature of the beast, this DD has a mind of it's own...and it seems to love toying with us as well so just keep doing whatever it is you're doing and keep fingers crossed for a long remission.

:)
