My Dr said if Im on Humira for 3 years it could wipe out my crohns forever?

Yep...she told me if I took Humira for 3 years successfully that my Crohns could possibly be gone forever? Hmmmm...dont know where she heard this.

I guess it means that if your body does not produce auto-antibodies to humira after 3 years then the medication will be effective "forever" hence the crohn wiped out?

That's the main problem with anti-TNF. It's the part where you become unresponsive due to too much antibodies. Some built them, others don't. From what I read you are in the lucky clan! I hope it keeps going well
