I have recently noticed that one of my toe nails has lifted, it hasn't caused me any massive problems unless I knock it by accident. I have had a little look online and it says there are a number of causes, anemia, trauma and meds. My bloods came back fine, although I did have a lot of pain when wearing my old work shoes. I was just wondering if anyone else with CD has experienced this? I'm also wondering if it could be related to my CD, meds or if it was just the shoes. I am still on 4mg pred, sulfasalazine and codeine phosphate.

Any help, advice or anything would be appreciated

Thanks :yfaint:

Is the skin on your feet OK? I'm asking cause I developed patches of psoriasis on my feet, possibly caused by Infliximab and both nails of my little toes lifted, one almost falling off.

Yeah I think it is lol, one of my little toes looks a bit dry and has a small cut or something on it. But I have to wear heels to work so wondering if its that...just a little baffled, have never had any problems before meds x

I SWORE to myself that my big toe nail was lifting/seperating from nail bed but I havn't brought it up and i think it stopped. I have a toe nail phobia, though, so I can barely even cut my toe nails. I have mostly ignored the problem. Please let me know if you find out anything.
