Hi I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on my symptoms. I have posted my story before so it's on here but to cut a long story short I'm currently having some symptoms that my GP says she can't think of what's wroń ANSI don't have an appointment with my GI untilid October. My symptoms started about 2 weeks ago with tiredness then my joints started aching and then my bowels began to play up (8/9 times a day on toilet) I'm in a lot of pain with my joints especially my fingers - they are stuff and painful and my forearm feels like a dead arm like someone's punched me in a muscle but it's in my bone!? Also my hips and my toes are stiffening up. Being referred back to rheumy after insisting today. I have gastritis, duodenitis, hiatus hernia and bile sitting in my stomach. I have previously had a few fecal calprotectin tests all come back high around 300, colonoscopy was clear, pill v was clear but didn't go all the way through small bowel, MRI was clear but sigmoidoscopy showed cobblestone ulceration up the left sided colon, the sigmoidoscopy was the first cera test I had. I have recently had crp, fbc and plasma viscosity tests all come back normal. Previous ana test normal. Any ideas? I'm also being treated for interstitial cystitis and endometriosis. Only meds are gabapentin 400 x 3 daily and 20mg omeprazole reduced from 40mg after latest ogd. Thanks in advance.
