Need surgery:-(

Had my GI appt last week to go over my latest ct scan. Meds arent working, still inflamed. So he recommends surgery as my best bet.
It's in my ileum and looks like 6" needs to be removed. It's been 20 years since the last surgery. Was in remission since then, with no meds for 19 years. May of this year it came back with a bang.

So I have a appt with my surgeon this Friday. What questions should I ask him? Want to be prepared. Pain is getting a bit worse every day.

hmmm....recovery time? complications? new meds? what the whole procedure will be...

How u feel after surgery? Will u be bloated? Will u be able to eat soon after? Pain killers. How long in hospital

good luck to you. I just had surgery last week my first lot was 10 years ago x
