I was diagnosed with Crohn's in March of 2006 3 months after my first child and earlier this year I was diagnosed with gastritis. I was lucky because I was diagnosed with crohn's before I got really sick. My sister was diagnosed with Crohn's back in 98 about a year after her first child. She was very sick pretty much from the time she had her daughter but because she has Crohn's when my symptoms started they didn't waste time. I have been through plenty of differnts meds, right now I am only on Humira and Prevacid. I like that I only have to have a shot every two weeks even though it burns sometimes. I used to take about 18 pills a day, sure dont miss that. I have my good days and my bad days. I really just wanted to find a place where people undstand how I feel and where I could get some opinions from someone other than my sister.
