Oh CRAP!

So, I've had Crohns since December and before that I had battled c-diff on and off for three years. Well I was off Vancomycin treating c-diff for two weeks now, and this past weekend, everything started again! I would go to the restroom and huge chunks of mucus came out and the smell was terrible. I called and got vanco again sunday and have been on it four times a day since, and my normal Crohns meds.

Well today when I came home from work I had to use the bathroom, and it was normal and then about 15 minutes after dinner tonight, I had to use the restroom and when I went, a huge chunk of mucus came out, then a semi-normal turd, then more mucus.

I just don't understand what the heck is going on!! I feel so scared, so upset and so sick at the same time I feel like crying. I'm not sure if this is c-diff or if it's Crohns? My lower back hurts slightly too.

No one here at my house even understands how I feel, they just kind of play the blame game, almost like it's my fault!

I just need some people to talk to who know how I feel!:ghug:

I'm so sorry you are having a rough time right now

It is so hard when people can't understand what you are going through and doing the blame game.

I don't have much advice for you, but I wanted to send you some big big big bit hugs!

So sorry you're going through all that. I don't know what I'd do if I had to live with people who didn't understand. It's awful. Vent all you want - we do understand.

Today, I went and got food from Wendy's, two grilled chicken go wraps. As soon as I walked in the door, my mom blammed my diet for why I'm like this. I had to tell her that it's not like I was eating garbage, grilled chicken handles well with me! It's so frustrating!
