Organic, non-gmo. The only thing I still saw was carrageenan.

How does it compare to other nutritional drinks?

I drink them (I'm mom to a 16 yr old daughter w/Crohn's). I like the flavors a lot, esp the latte flavor. However, I do not like that they have carageenan in them.

After looking hi and lo for a drink w/out carageenan I found that the dry powdered nutrition cans/packs are the ones w/out carageenan. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find one that goes over well w/M so instead I juice a lot for her. I tried to add whey and/or cocoa powder for the protein but she didn't like that either. At least she's getting a lot of other important nutrition from the juicing...
