Pain in general.

Lately "I have had some minor pain where my resection was five years ago. Just today, I have had pain that is minor where I had surgery. I had a rare side effect from Remicade that caused a lesion on my scalp that had to be removed surgically. They had to take some skin from my leg to cover the place on my scalp. The surgery was last year. I am just now feeling pain. Are any these any issues of concern?
