Pain medication

Hi bit of a weird one but I'm having some bad pains with my Crohns today but dont know what to take as I have a drugs test on Tuesday and if I come up with a false positive for stronger painkillers I automatically get suspended. Ive tried paracetamol but it's not doing the trick.

Any suggestions that won't come up on a drugs test?

I'm not sure about the medications that do or don't show on a drug test but can you bring a letter from your physician stating your need to take painkillers which show up positive on a drug test?
