Pain near stoma? Im guessing hernia?

The other day i was fishing and somebody tossed me a camera, it wasnt the best throw so I had to use my athletic prowess to catch it. I think i might have over exerted myself. Now I have a sharp pain about 2 inches below my stoma. Could this be a hernia? And I also have a mild rash under the wafer, could this be the cause?

I don't think catching a camera is enough to give you a hernia. Maybe you are just sore and made a bad move. I'm not sure how long you are post-op.

I figured i could get a hernia by moving to fast. I almost had to dive for the camera!!! Im about 4 weeks Post Op so I assumed my abs were good to be slightly active

It takes several weeks to heal so take it easy.

I too am having pain near my stoma the last couple of days - not something
I've had before. No cameras were involved. I am seeing my stoma nurse tomorrow though, so I'll get her opinion.
