Pent"azza" or Pent"aysa"

What do you call it?

I call it 'Pentassa' But Have heard doctors call it 'Pentaysa' I used to get confused with the A and E as well and call it Pantessa... confusing!!

I say "Pent-ass-ah," but it looks worse when I spell it phonetically like that. I've heard a little of everything. My GI says it this way, but others there use the "aye" pronunciation mentioned. My pharmacist says "Pent-ace-ah," where one of the nurses at my GP's office says "Pent... Pent... are you still on that one?"
