Pill capsule test this week

So I am getting the pill capsule test on Monday. It took two months for my insurance to approve it. This is my final test in a series of tests to make sure that I do not have any obstructions in addition to my eroding. My doctor is just doing this as a routine test and doesn't suspect he will find anything.

I have heard some horror stories about the pill getting stuck. I hope it works out for me.

I will let everyone know how it went.

I would happen to be one of the horror stories.

I believe they do it a little different now though, meaning they make you swallow something BEFORE the pill that will dissolve so if it doess get stuck, it wont obstruct.

Good luck, its not bad, but it sucks carrying around a back pack with wires coming out, people think your the uni-bomber.

I'm gonna merge another post about a pill capsule study(M2A study) so that you can read it also.

test results

So the test was so not a big deal. I was able to go about my normal routine. My daughter got sick and I had to take her to the doctor in the afternoon. I actually forgot I had the camera pack attached and wondered why people were looking at me like I had six heads.

I still have the glue from the sensors on my chest and stomach and it has been over two weeks. They really make sure that those things are not coming off.

The good news is that my doctor did not find anything new and it appears that all of problems are concentrated in the ileum only.
