Possible kidney infection

I hate this disease so much. I have been having back aches that i know are definetly are connected to ibd. But today feels a bit different, dull feeling on small of back on right side. Did a urine test 2 weeks ago and was okay. Could this be a kidney infection. I know ibd had pains that could also be another disease. I hate to take antibiotics if i don't have one and i know if i go in to see dr. he will prescribe them for me. What to do. If i have one i will definetly take the pills. Also i get pains that move around on stomach to lower groin and hips. HAve beenlike that on and off for the last 2 years. Should i wait until tomorrow and see how i feel or go in today.

Something else to consider and get checked for is kidney stones......they can be common (I've had 2 bouts so far)....and may not show up with any urine test.

Hope you get it sorted quickly - depending on how much pain/discomfort you are in, you could call today and see if they want to see you - I'm one to usually wait around as long as possible though.....

thanks, i think i will wait, if it gets worse i'll go in. I did rake yesterday but i kind of know the pain from doing some sort of work. This feels different. Don't have a fever yet so hopefully pain will go away.
