Hello. I'm brand new here and quite anxious/frustrated. I was diagnosed with Crohn's in May after countless tests, outpatient procedures and a bowel resection. A "suspicious mass w/bleeding ulcers around it" was discovered after swallowing a camera pill. It was clear in January. .but was formed and discovered by April. I had a colonoscopy pre surgery to be sure everything was seen by the surgeon. He removed 8 inches of small intestine at the junction between small&large intestine. The mass with ulcers was very bad. 3 pathologists were testing it since it kind of fit this but kind of fit that and so on. They decided if was most likely Crohn's. This worries me..what if it us something else...something worse?
I am still in pain in my abdomen. I still have bathroom issues. I also have Fibromyalgia, GERD, Migraines and CFS. I worry due to these other problems maybe masking any Crohn's problems...(including all the meds I take) I feel no different since the resection. It's very scary. The diagnosis was confusing to the Dr's. .so I am definitely worried about that as well.

I also have those issues you mention with very severe CFS, it's true that the pains from fibro and cfs and the pain meds can make things confusing and mask symptoms or exacerbate them. The main thing is to not worry, stress makes all these conditions worse. Trust that you are in good hands and monitor your symptoms.
