Prednisone Bloat-Remedies?

Hey Everyone, I've been on pred for about 3 weeks, starting at 50 mg, now tapered to 30.

Well, I looked in the mirror this morning and POOF! there it is, the pred moon face and bloat-really great look lol. I am on Hydrochlorothiazide, so I guess that helps a little.


What's everybody's favorite home remedy/med/supplement to beat the bloat?

I am up for just about anything so I'll look more like myself this weekend!

Water, and loads of it!
Loads of weeing, then more water!
But the hydro med will be doing that already, I suspect!
