Prescription fluid/electrolyte replacement?

I have been told by my doctor that I am severely dehydrated from the diarrhea. Is there a prescription fluid/electrolyte replacement? I drink pedialyte but it seems I need something more heavy duty.

This isn't Rx but have you ever tried coconut water?

ctrl z I have tried coconut water and it is a great source for replenishing potassium and some sodium but I think I need a heavy duty dose since I have been dehydrated for months now. My blood work is all screwed up as well since I have so few fluids in my system.
