Probiotics-HSO Primal Defense

Has anyone tried this product and had positive results? My mom swears by it and says that on days that she forgets it her stomach is a mess. She sent me a bottle of the 800 mg capsules, but I'm a bit reluctant to try it since I'm already on an upswing where I've been feeling better for the past week.

I'm sort of skeptical about a wonder supplement that claims to have no side effects and only positive results. I'd usually assume that it's just a placebo effect if I wasn't desperate for some kind of helpful supplement.

Some people get good results with probiotics, and others get nada.

I used primal defense and had no reaction to it at all. A better probiotic is VSL-#3. It is a pharmaceutical grade probiotic and has way more active cultures than any other probiotic.

I used it for several years and I think it helped me quite a bit, not just with my tummy but also with yeast overgrowth issues I've had from too much pred.
