Hey gang just wanted to share this with you all I have found some probiotiocs that actually help and are formulated for crohn's They have helped with a lot of my symptoms and I even have energy and sleep better plus way less bm's and there actually formed.

Not to mention my bloating has gone away as well and they are very reasonably priced anyway here is the link for them.

I have even stopped taking some meds that I thought i needed but the probiotics cleared up the symptoms I was taking pills for like spasm pain bloating and other things like that.

here is where I get them from:http://www.bluerockholistics.com/product/pross.asp

I drank gallons of kefir with no results these started helping within a few days

thanks for the link.
We are going to do the milk kefir for a while and then I will see about getting these for down the road. I heard you should proceed slowly with probiotics.
These pills sound potent and may be a little hard on children/teens and even adults at first.

We were told to start with only a few T a day with milk kefir, so you may have actually prepared your body for these. Im thinking most people should start with a more mild probiotic before they use these, but I am not sure.

so glad to hear they are working so well for you!!! that is great.
I am a firm believer in probiotics.

I trie a more mild probiotic and had really bad cramps and bloating that wouldn't go away

With these all my bloating weird gritty d and mainly pain all went away by the second week and out of all the probotics I tried over the years these were actually very gentle compared to most I felt better with this brand then I did with vsl-3 which is twice the price and I had way less results than with these I'm very happy with them and want to let other chronies know that they are actually good for you
