Psoriasis skin rash after remicade

After about 7 or 8 years on Remicade, I started getting Psoriasis skin rashes. My GI doctor said that ironically a number of people on remi for crohn's are getting this. It's treatable and under control... I was just wondering if any of you have this. It's kind of funny because remicade is used to treat psoriasis... and it's causing psoriasis on crohn's patients

Hi purdue. I developed psoriasis on my feet and legs a few months after my third infusion of Infliximab. My GP said that it and Crohn's often go hand in hand, but she emailed my GI and they said that they had noticed several patients on Infliximab developing psoriasis, especially on their feet.
I only had the three infusions and the psoriasis cleared up on steroid ointment, but it flared up again this year - same time of year funnily enough, but not quite as badly as last time.
