Most of the time when I clean myself this week I bhzve been seeing some blood. I hzvde also had some minor pain at the bellybutton or to the right of it. My Humira advocate wanted me to call my GI before I did my injection today. He said I voiuld proceed. He also wants me to use Vaseline after I go to the bathroom or take a shower. I am supposed to decrease Colestid to one a day and monitor the pain.

Hi Ron,
I hope your pain subsides. I personally would call my husband's GI if anything out of the ordinary happens. I feel bad for saying this but he doesn't have any pain at all - so one day he felt a tinge under his rib that lasted about 2 seconds. He has had the inflammation from last year December, so I am not sure if this asymptomatic state will change but when I called the GI, he was like he is fine. My whole philosophy is never question - always call just in case. Why not, that's their job....I truly hope you feel better!
