Quick question re: daytrip,meds....

my daughters gr. 2 class is going to teh zoo for their year end trip. I planned to go last year then had to cancel due to getting my seton put in.....

this year my dd really wants me to go and i woudl like to go.

But i am so worried. I am not on any meds besideT3 and nexium, but i do have an appt with my NP next week.

Am i wrong to ask for stronger painkillers so i can make it through the trip???

I just dont want to miss out on everything , nor do i want to keep letting my daughters down.

What would you do??????? What can i do to better prepare for a 2hr trip and 3 hours walking, and 2hrs home......??????

I'm glad you are seeing the Dr first. Tell him what is happening and you NEED to go. Ask what they can do to assist you with this.

But you should be better managed hun. I hope they get you sorted out long term.

thx i will tell my np what is going on. Hopefully she will prescribe me somehting even to get through the day.....

I am hoping that my referrall to my GI comes through in the next couple of weeks......i really hate being in pain each and every day.
