Quick question

I have Crohn's and had a subtotal colectomy with an eilostomy 10 months ago. ive not been on any meds for over a year now and im starting with stomach pain and have been a little bit sick after eating but not much. is this something i should get checked out?

I would mention it to your GI. It could be the start of a flare and the sooner you catch it the better.

I think you should see your doctor and talk about the symptoms you've been experiencing. That way they can check if you have any disease activity and make a plan for treating that or figure out what else is causing your symptoms.
