Sharon, i think you blinked & missed it :( has been really crap this year, eh? i'm fed up of having frizzy hair from the damp, sopping washing on the line, two drowned rats instead of fluffy cats.... am sure i'm going to start going mouldy if the atmosphere doesn't dry up soon lol

Send me a bucket of rain too! Hasn't rained here in months. I miss it...suppose to be 100 degrees today!

I just had to stand on the corner waiting for the school bus with my daughter in the rain. My tootsies are a tiddle bit cold, guess flip flops weren't the best idea.

Rain, it rained alittle a few weeks ago here in texas, mostly 100 day, 89 night type of heat....

Yeah its a dry heat,,,,,not it humid as hell!!

ohh my achin joints!!!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop rain dancing, we now have major flooding, the coastguards have had to use helicopters to help people out of thier homes. my brother lives in the worst affected area, and wants to come and stay with me, but a part of him wants to stay to look after his property. i can understand his dilema, but i just want him here then i know he is safe. regards sharon x

Why does it always rain on me-Travis

Why does it always rain on me
Is it because I lied when I was seventeen
Why does it always rain on me
Even when the sun is shining
I can't avoid the lightning
...

I'm getting sick of this rain too. I'm right out of hurricane territory and with all of these hurricanes I'm getting so much of this stuff. It's better though than being totally dry but at least then I could see the beauty that is offered in some of the parks here.

its been none stop rain where i am for the apst week. tursday it rained allday.. and all night without a break

it was awful

babe123, did you see the weather forcast? today is gonna be the best day, then its back to the wet stuff and strong winds again. why wasnt i born a duck? regards sharon xx

Here in Nova Scotia, we're asking the same thing.. Had so much rain local crops are ruined.. One farm alone (Eyking) est. it lost $450,000.00 of produce ruined in the field.. We have had single day rainfalls equiv. to half the total months quota.

Global warming... more like global drowning

here in washington we had a few weeks of cold weather, with rain and wind and no light. then as soon as i went back to school it got all sunny and warm. the weather is cruel!

i'd love to have some snow too. then i could go skiing!

i love snow, except for the time when we got stuck in it. i didnt believe the weather forcasters when they said it would snow heaverly they always lie anyway!! anyway we went out and it did start to snow heaverly so we started to make our way home, but i tried to drive down a 16% hill and skidded nearly hit a bus as i couldnt stop, the bus had already hit a tree!! we all waited for the police and the gritters to get us out. it was scary at the time but looking back it was something we i am glad i went through as everyone went round to check everyone was ok, that never happens on normal days does it?
apart from that i love snow. regards sharon xx

Ugg I hate the snow. Living in Northern Illinois sucks, not only do we get a crap ton of snow it gets so bitter cold here.

Isla hates snow!

Ya it isn't a dry snow here and we know all about the "too cold to snow" thing, those days suck!

haha. if there's like an inch of snow here, school is called off and people refuse to drive because they can't handle slushy roads. it's pretty pathetic.

Yup... I'm in West Lafayette which is a hop-skip-and jump from you Isla... and winters suck. But we still hold college classes in 6 inches of snow! Ok so maybe an exaggeration... but not by much!

i like snow.. but you can guarentee that when you go into college after its been snowing you get a snowball thrown at your ear and it really hurts!

i like snow.. its pretty but then it goes all slushy and horrible
