Really neat website, need more feedback!

I found a neat website that is asking people with certain conditions about their disease, medications and side effects, personal experiences, etc. It only takes 5 minutes and the more people thattake the survey, the better the data will get. They have nifty pie charts and things so you can see who/where/when Crohn's disease strikes people all around the world. Here is a link...
