My son has been using both now for about 10 months. They monitor him with blood work all the time. His latest test came back worrisome and they had him cut back on his dose of the imuran.
AST normal range is 9-37 his is 47
ALT normal range is 12-65 his is 119
They ordered scans of his liver, pancreas and gallbladder also. He hasn't heard back yet. Should we be worried? He has had great control of his symptoms but is NOT in remission. He does have breakthrough about week or two before his next 8 week infusion. If it doesn't improve they intended to move up his infusions to 7 weeks. Any thoughts?
