Remicade and marijuana

remicade and marijuana

Hey guys I make an oil from marijuana and ingest it what i was wondering is will it affect the effectivness of the remicade as i beleive marijuana and remicade bothdo something with the tnf receptors in the body

I use the oil mainly at night to help with sleep and night sweats

There shouldn't be an issue. Aside from some sedatives, marijuana has no drug interactions as far as I'm aware. An you are right marijuana does act as a mild TNF inhibitor.
