My 13 year old Son has been on Remicade for just about two years. I have noticed since starting Remicade that he is very agressive and very moody. This could totally be hormonal since he started puberty about the same time. However, this is just a Mother's gut feeling that his behavior is not be driven by hormones. This is very very unlike him ... his teachers and his coaches have commented.

Anybody out there have similar experiences? I can't find any documentation on the psychological side effects of Remicade. Appreciate any comments and information.

My son didn't experience any of those issues but he was 15 at the time he was put on Remicade.

You may also want to ask this question in the Parents forum(<---click here) as some of the other parents may have experienced this with their kids and remicade.

Have you mentioned it to the GI? Having a chronic illness can take such an emotional toll on a child, pin pointing the source of his aggression may take some digging but I would convey your thoughts to the GI about it's relation to Remicade.
