Remicade - sinus problem

Hey does anyone else get conjested after having Remicade? I have developed a very very mild sinus problem after being on remicade for 5 years. The only other side effect i get is sore muscles (mostly in my legs).

Has anyone else suffered with sinus issues? I sneeze pretty much everyday a few times and have snot that follows and it has been like this for 2 months. It is not painful and it feels more like a minor case of hayfever (which I have never had) but maybe my body has developed an allergy to pollen as Spring has broken here in Australia?

I have put off the infusion for nearly 3 weeks now and hoping someone in America or elsewhere can offer some advice.

Unfortunately sinus problems are a common side effect of Remicade. http://www.drugs.com/remicade.html

Does your GI know you are delaying your infusion? I would not make that my decision on my own. It's critical to take your medication on schedule.

thanks no guts no glory...yes the GI does know.....sometimes i do push it out as i have to drive 2 hours to get it...thanks for the reminder though.

i was wondering.....if you have a sinus problem, like I seem to have, do you keep taking Remicade or do you take a 'drug holiday'?

sinuses have been playing up for months...
