remicade

I have been on humira since 2007 but for the last 18 months I have been struggling with infections culmninating in a nasty dose of plural pnumonia last November. I am now swapping to Remicade starting on the 31st of January.
Has any body else suffered from multiple infections?
Will changing Anti TNF therapies help?
It seems to me that Remicade is less ajustable than Humira, if I should get another infection just after an infusion what treatments are available?
My symptoms have deteriated since coming off the Humira and I am desperate to start the new meds but I am worried about becoming ill in other ways.
The Humira worked very well when I was able to take it especially for the Ankylosing Spondylitis that I suffer very badly from, I just had to keep missing doses whilst on antibiotics.
Any advice is welcome
