remission

hi all
i wish y'all feel better
i have a question about the definition of the remission
i was diagnosed on the fifth of October
prior to diagnosis i couldn't eat anything , everything was leading to flare , now i am on humira and Prednisone since November and now i am eating but low fiber diet
can i eat everything like before ?
sometimes i hear my stomach talking and feel the gasses but without pain and every time i ask my doctor about this he tells me that this is normal so is that normal ?
i am getting off the pred , now i am on 15 mg and i am supposed to be off it on April i don't feel that i am normal like before , so do i stay on pred till i feel normal then taper it or taper it and see what the humira is doing ? i need your advice and sorry about my english it is not very well
thank you

I believe everyones definition is slightly different. My opinion your new normal will be different then what it was prior to the on set of the disease. Not knowing what you ate before, it's hard to say if you can or not. I believe everyone has a list of "no no's" which differ from person to person. You'll only know if you can have it without any problems until you try it. As for the stomach noises, it's pretty normal.
I feel tapering off Prednisone is a tricky thing. I am not sure what you mean but not feeling "normal." Do you you're belly is aching? Or is it more your just over all phsyical feeling. I'm asking that because Prednisone does a number on your whole body, joints, skin, mental health, and so on.
Your english is very good. Hell, it's better then mine!

i was eating everything beans and fried chicken and potato and onion and garlic , my doctor prevent me from eating all of this until felling remission and i still waiting for this day to come
now i only eat one egg in the morning with one piece of white bread and honey
in the Lunch i eat rice and chicken or fish and in the dinner i eat jelly or piece of cake
i know about prednisone side effects and i am suffering from gaining weight and itching and joint pain and i don't know what to do i want to leave this drug but afraid from what is next
i am tired from this diet i have been on it for 2 months and frustrated from gaining weight from this diet , what if i ate what i want probably i would be a gorilla .
i gained about 14 kg since i started prednisone and have a big moon face and all of my friends and colleagues are looking at me as if i have a problem and i don't like people to look at me like that
i was hoping to sit in the house until i finish taking this drug but i have to go to the university to pass the exams .
i am sorry for this babbling and thx for supporting my english :D
